This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MarketTickers referred as The Application
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT
The Application does not require any user registration. The Application does not require the user to provide any personal information. The only data The Application has is provided by the user directly within the Application when creating/customizing your list of ticker symbols (e.g., MSFT, AMZN, NVDA, etc). All app details are only stored locally on your mobile device, within The Application private folder, following Android security best practices.
At no time do we collect location information, location based data or use location based services.
We never sell client information or data to third parties and we support GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). There are no social media logins because they are often used to track web browsing of users.
WHAT DATA DO WE RETAIN
The Application does not automatically collect, share nor retain any data. All data are only stored locally on your mobile device, within the Application private folder, following Android security best practices. If you would like to update specific user data, you may do it directly within The Application, by editing or removing the ticker symbols in the list. If you would like to delete user data, you may do it by clearing The Application data or by uninstalling The Application from your mobile device.
SECURITY
We want you to have confidentiality for data stored locally on your mobile device. We don't add malware or any tools to exploit security of your mobile device or use your device for other purposes (e.g., mining bitcoin in the background). In order to ensure an optimal security users should regularly install any of The Application update(s) available from the mobile application marketplace. We also advise you to regularly check for any Android OS update(s) that could be available. If you find any security issue caused by us please send an emal so we can fix and/or help with it.
USER CONSENT
By using The Application you consent to the local processing of your data. No data (list of ticker symbols) will be shared, processed and/or stored by third parties.
